Institute of High Energy Physics, CAS中国科学院高能物理研究所
Host of the CCICC Secretariat. Home to BEPCII and LHAASO, IHEP contributes to the LHC experiments, accelerator technology and WLCG distributed computing.
Member network
From founding institutions to later signatories, CCICC brings together the core of China's participation in CERN experiments, accelerators and computing.
Founding institutions
In 2019 these six institutions established the consortium and signed the first CERN–CCICC MoU.

Central China Normal University华中师范大学
Known for quark-matter and high-energy heavy-ion research, with sustained involvement in LHC heavy-ion experiments and theory.
Growing membership
CCICC continues to welcome universities and institutes engaged with CERN. Sixteen institutions have signed the charter, with several more in the pipeline, strengthening its representation across ATLAS, CMS and beyond.
The full membership list and representatives are published by the Secretariat.
Membership pipeline
Beyond the 16 charter signatories, several more universities and institutes are in the membership process. The full list is published by the Secretariat.
Why join
